We were born in 2006, when trying our hand at motion graphics was something for the unconscious few.
We have tackled projects of all sizes, from TV commercials for NBC to Christmas greetings from our office neighbours. Almost 20 years later, with the same dedication as in the beginning, we want to help you create meaningful connections through effective and impactful communication.
Animatica is based in the hills of Asolo, the ‘City of 100 Horizons’, a land of landscape harmony and artistic tradition.
It was here that Antonio Canova, Giosuè Carducci, Eleonora Duse and Carlo Scarpa found inspiration.
The area’s manufacturing vocation, characterised by the presence of highly specialised industrial districts, has led Animatica to develop a particular focus on visual narration for the Engineering, HVAC, Automation, Sport, Manufacturing and Machinery sectors.
Animatica was born as a department of Metaverso.it, a studio specialised in the production of 3D visualisation software, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. It now presents itself with its own identity and a well-defined mission: to help companies and agencies effectively communicate high-tech products.
Animatica is the result of the cooperation of a multidisciplinary Team.
Although we have a strong digital vocation, we still like to meet in a physical space to create ideas and enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration.

Project Manager
Responsible for planning, executing and closing a project, coordinating teams, resources and deadlines to ensure that objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Art Direction
A creative supervisor who guides the aesthetic vision of a project, defining the visual style and coordinating the artists work to ensure consistency and quality in the final output.
Storyboard Artist
Creator of sequential sketches that illustrate scenes by helping visualise the narrative, action and flow of the story before the production stage.
3D Modelers
Creators of three-dimensional digital models of characters, objects and environments to bring the visual ideas of a project to life.
3D Animators
They bring 3D models to life, creating realistic and smooth animation sequences that convey action and emotion.
Editing and Post Production
Review and finish of 3D renders through video editing, colour correction, special effects and sound design, to improve the quality and consistency of the final product.
Sound Designer
Artist who creats original effects and soundtracks to match the rhythm and graphic style of the animation.

Digital productions are highly energy-consuming activities. 80% of our studio consumptions comes from renewable sources and self-production, thanks to a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system.

Everyone needs to feel safe when sharing data, be it new product designs or personal information. All data are managed by Animatica in its own internal infrastructure, monitored through the most advanced security standards.
